Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients EXCEPT for Soda and Tequila until Sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add Tequila and shake with ice. 3. Strain and pour over fresh ice in rimmed glass.
  3. Top with soda and luxuriate..
Recipe Notes

For the rim: Sea salt and Sugar in equal parts. Add a few shakes of Tajin Spice. Wet the outside rim of your glass with lime juice. Gently dip the rim in salt/sugar/spice mixture.
